Terms of Service

You need a valid email address or a Google account to sign in. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away at mattobial@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You keep ownership of everything you upload: text, images, documents and links. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, display and share that content as part of running your card. You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish, including photos, logos and trademarks.

Do not use NimiCard to:

• Impersonate another person, company or brand.
• Publish unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit material.
• Distribute malware, phishing pages or deceptive links.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages to people who used a lead form.
• Scrape, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service.
• Resell access to the platform without a written agreement.

A published card is publicly accessible to anyone with the link and may be indexed by search engines. You choose which details to publish and which fields are included in the downloadable contact file.

Contacts submitted through your card are yours to manage, and you are responsible for handling them lawfully — including honouring opt-outs and any local marketing rules.

The Free plan is available at no cost and includes NimiCard branding on public cards. Paid plans are shown in the app for planning purposes; no payment is taken and no paid feature is charged until billing is enabled and you explicitly subscribe.

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

We may suspend or remove a card or account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. You can stop using NimiCard at any time and delete your cards from the dashboard.

To the extent permitted by law, NimiCard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions go to mattobial@gmail.com.
