Marissa Saludo is a business leader, entrepreneur, and international partnerships advocate with more than 30 years of professional and entrepreneurial experience in business development, corporate management, and organizational development across diverse industries, including recruitment, manufacturing, real estate, printing, financing, and distribution. She also brings 10 years of professional experience in the United States, having worked in Chicago and California in the hotel and restaurant industry, as well as in corporate offices. Her expertise includes establishing business operations, developing organizational and monitoring systems, and implementing marketing and business development strategies. As Business Development Director of BRYDGE Alliance and Linkages, Inc., she is passionate about creating global opportunities for Filipinos through international education, cultural exchange, and strategic partnerships. She has actively participated in developing international internship and study-work initiatives in Thailand and Japan, as well as the US J-1 Internship and Training Program. She continues to drive the development of new international education, internship, apprenticeship, and career pathways, including emerging opportunities in Korea and Europe.
